The labor started around 11 PM the night of Thursday September 18th. We were toward the end of our evening routine: Finished watching our favorite TV series (probably Vet.), already had desert (brownies with vanilla ice cream) and were on our way up to our bedroom when Iris's water broke. Around midnight we were admitted to the O'Connor hospital. Itai was born 12:59 PM the next day. Just a minute before the end of Dr. Faryno's (our ob/gyn) lunch break. We are in full admiration of her scheduling capabilities!
